The building dates back to the late 1940’s and it housed the local grist mill for local farmers to bring their grain and have it ground.  The building was converted to the cheese mill by the previous owners in 1974 then I purchased the business in l985.  I have been in operation now for 26 years and have seen many changes and met many wonderful people.
